KENNEDY ANNOUNCED AS PRINCIPAL PARTNER, 2025 MELBOURNE WINTER MASTERPIECES® FRENCH IMPRESSIONISM: FROM THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, BOSTON AT THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF VICTORIA

In a major coup for Melbourne, The National Gallery of Victoria has secured the return of French Impressionism, from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston for the 2025 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® exhibition following its initial presentation at the NGV in 2021. The exhibition will be on display at NGV International, 6 June - October 2025.

French Impressionism will be presented thematically across nine sections, which together trace major moments in the development of French Impressionism. The exhibition will explore the key themes, artists, and sources of inspiration that led to this period of experimentation and revolution in modern art. Visitors will immerse themselves in the world Monet, Renoir, Cézanne, Degas, Manet and many more. The exhibition will present over 100 masterworks by the greatest artists associated with French Impressionism, arguably the most popular art movement, which celebrates the experience of everyday life and the beauty of nature.
