The Atera Valley spreads over almost the entire area of the Atera River, which flows through Kiso District in Nagano Prefecture. The river is of a beautiful emerald green colour and is called "Atera Blue."
A new pressed pattern was developed, inspired by the flow of the beautiful Atera River. It is overlaid with a gradation colour that changes from vivid emerald green to deep green. This is the first time that the gradation colour has been used in a regular model since 1989.
