Diamond and Emerald Earrings, Ring and Bracelet
FEATURED IN QANTAS MAGAZINE
Bold design meets statement stones in high jewellery masterpieces from a British brand known for bringing the world’s most celebrated gems to life.
The world’s rarest gems
Exceptional stone quality is Graff’s calling card. The house, founded in London in 1960, seeks out diamonds and gemstones with rare colour and clarity and then trasforms them into the world’s most fabulous jewels. In its latest high jewellery creations, that pursuit of the sublime is on full display. Pavé-set white diamonds catch and scatter light across necklaces, bracelets and rings; Fancy Yellow diamonds bring saturated, sunlit colour; and Colombian emeralds – the queen of gems – deliver vivid green depth and cool contrast. Graff’s design language – modern clarity and bold lines with significant stones that appear to float – is central to the house’s enduring allure for lovers of exquisite craftsmanship
Chain of light
With its repeated chain-link motif, the diamond-and-emerald suite radiates a bold, powerful energy. This showstopping suite comprises a pair of earrings, a bracelet, a ring and a necklace, which together total more than 136 carats. Along the inner edge of each chain link, round pavé emeralds create a subtle glimmer of Graff green – a signature detail that heightens the play of luminosity – while single oval, emerald-cut or pear-shape stones punctuate the line with crisp brilliance.
Sculpted for glow
An interplay of light and shadow defines a pair of Fancy Yellow oval and round diamond earrings, with their sculptural planes of snow-set diamonds. At the centre of each earring, an 8-carat oval yellow diamond glows with saturated colour, its warmth intensified by the contrast of the surrounding white stones. Delicate round pavé diamonds trace the outer silhouette, refining the shape and adding depth to its radiance. The earrings total 38.44 carats and elegantly pair with a 16.26-carat Fancy Vivid Yellow oval and white diamond ring.
Graduated brilliance
On the diamond and emerald necklace, three sculptural rows of pear-shape diamonds curve elegantly around the neckline, their flawless graduation creating a continuous shimmer. Between each strand, custom- baguette-cut emeralds offer cool, linear flashes of colour that lend the design balance and poise. The interplay between curved diamond strands and measured emerald lines creates a dynamic sense of movement, showcasing 87.36 carats of diamonds and 21.51 carats of emeralds set in an exacting white-gold framework.
A legacy of perfection
Throughout its rich history, Graff has become the world leader for diamonds of rarity, magnitude and distinction. Perhaps most notably, the house has dominated the list of historic and important rough diamonds discovered, cut and polished this century. Some of those exceptional diamonds include the 302.37-carat Graff Lesedi La Rona – the largest highest-colour, highest-clarity diamond ever certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the world’s largest square emerald-cut diamond – as well as The Graff Venus, The Lesotho Promise, The Delaire Sunrise, The Wittelsbach-Graff, The Graff Perfection, The Graff Pink and The Golden Empress.
