Grand Seiko Tentagraph SLGC001
SLGC001
The Tentagraph, an automatic high-beat chronograph movement, is the first of its kind from Grand Seiko. Powered by the Caliber 9SC5, which uses the Caliber 9SA5 as its base, it is emblematic of the next generation of Grand Seiko sports watches, both for its technological innovation and its equally stunning Evolution 9 Style. With a power reserve of 72 hours, Fully wound, the watch runs for 72 hours when the chronograph is in operation. Its design has been fully updated for active use and easy reading while in motion.
The watch’s case and bracelet are made from High-intensity titanium, which is about 30 percent lighter and more scratch resistant than stainless steel, and its bezel is made from scratch-resistant ceramic. The watch’s dial pattern evokes the magnificence of Mt. Iwate, the soaring peak visible from the Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi.
