As a Luxury Sales Associate you will be a Kennedy ambassador who provides exceptional and committed client service in a true luxury boutique environment.

About the Roles:

Kennedy are seeking dedicated and polished Sales Associates, who share a passion for the world’s finest timepieces to join the team here at Kennedy.

As a Sales Associate, you will be a Kennedy ambassador who provides exceptional and committed client service in a true luxury boutique environment. We currently have both full-time and part-time opportunities available working across a rotating roster.

• Sales Associate, Part Time Position – (19.5 hours per week) – Kennedy Crown Boutique, Melbourne

Sydney

• Sales Associate, Full Time Position – Rolex Martin Place Boutique, Sydney
• Sales Associate, Full Time Position – Kennedy Star Boutique, Sydney
• Sales Associate, Part Time Position – (32 hours per week) – Rolex Star Boutique, Sydney

Perth

• Sales Associate, Full Time Position – Kennedy Crown Boutique, Perth
• Sales Associate, Part Time Position – (23 hours per week) – Kennedy Crown Boutique, Perth

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with management and your peers, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering customer excellence and personalised service.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Identifying customer needs and nurturing long term client relationships.
• Delivering post-sale client follow-ups.
• Supporting day to day operations of the boutique as a team.
• Committed to ongoing product knowledge training.

Requirements and Capabilities:

• Preferred 2+ years’ experience working in a high-end luxury retail environment.
• Proven luxury client relationship skills are highly regarded.
• Exceptional sales history and abilities.
• Articulate written and spoken communication skills.
• Possess a great attitude with genuine excitement to grow with the brand and our business
• Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is highly regarded in this position, however is not essential.
